Booking Process

To book a trip with NORD EXTREME HIMALAYA Pvt. Ltd., clients are required to fill out a booking form and submit it along with the necessary documentation. Once the form is received, the booking will be processed, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Payments

Advance Payment: A 20% advance payment is required to secure your booking. An additional 15% must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

Full Payment: The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Last Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 15 days of the departure date, a 50% payment of the total tour cost is required in advance.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
